Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Unfortunatelydirectly Floor Coating wants unfortunatelydirectly.garden to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page shares the steps we take toward that goal. It is a general template and not legal advice.
The Standard We Aim For
Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used benchmark for accessible websites.
What We Do
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings in a sensible order on each page
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Easy-to-read type with strong color contrast
- Navigation and forms that work with a keyboard
- Layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Short sentences and everyday words
- Form fields with plain labels
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these guidelines yet. Certain third-party tools or embedded content are outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Need Another Way In?
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@unfortunatelydirectly.garden and we will help where we can.
Report a Barrier
We would like to hear about any trouble you run into. Email contact@unfortunatelydirectly.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature caused the problem
- What you tried to do and what happened instead
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will look into it and try to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. We will keep improving the site as it changes.
