Complaints Process

Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who reach out to Unfortunatelydirectly Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How a call or message with Unfortunatelydirectly Floor Coating was handled
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Unfortunatelydirectly Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@unfortunatelydirectly.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include talking to the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
