Want homeowner requests that match your trade?

Unfortunatelydirectly Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners come to us wondering about a worn garage floor, a stained basement slab, or a crack that keeps growing. We pass those requests to independent providers in our network. These are not jobs on staff. You run your own business, and you decide which work to take.

Who fits the network?

We look for independent contractors who:

• Handle epoxy garage floors, concrete coating, or custom floor finishes
• Serve homeowners in the Vernon area
• Prepare concrete properly before anything goes on it
• Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require
• Explain their work in plain, honest words

Solo operators and small companies are both welcome.

What do we expect?

Homeowners are often nervous when they first reach out. We ask providers to:

• Follow up on requests politely and clearly
• Give written quotes with the scope spelled out
• Be upfront about prep, cure times, and aftercare
• Never pressure a homeowner to decide on the spot
• Handle the work, the schedule, and any warranty on their own terms

We do not promise a set number of requests. Volume depends on your area and season.

How do you apply?

Send a short email to contact@unfortunatelydirectly.garden. Include:

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• The services you offer
• A brief note on how you prep and coat a slab
• Your license and insurance details, if your area requires them

We will read it and reply with next steps.
